How to start the device?
A
To turn the device on, press and hold the power (I) button on the device more than 2 seconds, and press and hold more than 2 seconds to turn off.

A
Press and hold the power button for more than 2 seconds again. If it still does not turn on, connect the USB charging cable to charge the battery, then press the power button again.

How to adjust the volume on the earphones?

How to auscultate well?

➀ Must measure when companion dog is resting or sleeping. It is difficult to auscultate when the dog is active or excited.
② Must check the location of the companion dog's heart and place the stethoscope in the correct spot.
③ There may be no sound if just place the stethoscope on companion dog's body. Must press the stethoscope with appropriate pressure to stick to the companion dog's chest.

What is the compatibility?
A
Compatible with various smartphones and tablet PCs that support Android and iOS. However, Bluetooth 5.0 or higher version is required.

The stethoscope (WP-100) is not connected via Bluetooth.
A
➀ To use the stethoscope (WP-100), the smartphone must support Bluetooth 5.0 or higher. If the smartphone is a low-spec Android model or lower than SE iPhone version, it may not connect properly.
② If Bluetooth is turned off in the smartphone settings, a pop-up will appear on WITHaPET Mobile APP asking to turn on Bluetooth. Be sure to click turn on at this time. After turning it on, WP-100 will appear in the list of Bluetooth connected devices. Now, select it from the list to connect.
③ Check if the LED of the stethoscope (WP-100) is on. If it is not, press the power button (I) to turn it on. The power will not turn on even when it is completely discharged. In this case, charge it for more than 1 hour and try again.

Disconnecting during auscultation.

If the distance between the stethoscope (WP-100) and the smartphone is far or there is an obstacle in the middle, connection may be interrupted. Remove any obstacles in the middle and place the stethoscope (WP-100) and the smartphone as close as possible.

Is it possible to use smartphone to auscultate while using the device?

If it is connected to a smartphone, the device will not auscultate. In other words, the earphones connected to the stethoscope (WP-100) will not work.

The breed of dog I want to select is not here. How can I register it?

If the breed is not in the selection list, you can select “Direct Input” at the bottom and enter the breed name directly.

The auscultation graph appears in the WITHaPET Mobile App, but there is no sound. How to fix this?

If there are multiple stethoscope (WP-100), check if they are connected to another device.

The heart rate is different every time. What is the cause?
A
➀ The heart rate of humans and animals is not always constant. Even if you record auscultation sounds with the same method on the same dog multiple times, the recorded auscultation sounds are bio-signals. Therefore, they cannot be completely the same each time.
② Also, the sound may vary due to surrounding noise, fur rubbing, dog barking, dog movement, etc., and the heart rate count results may vary due to those when recording auscultation sounds.
③ If the result repeatedly shows a heart rate that is very high or very low compared to usual after measuring constantly, there may be a problem with heart health. In this situation, we recommend to visit a veterinarian and receive professional treatment.

The AI analysis values change every time. Is this reliable?
A
➀ The sound may change due to surrounding noise, fur rubbing, dog barking, dog movement, etc. when recording auscultation sounds, and the AI results may also change due to those.
② This is not an absolute value, but rather an estimate of the probability of abnormal heart sounds.
③ However, if you get negative values continuously, we recommend to visit a veterinarian for professional treatment as there may be a problem with heart health.

RR is always 0 after recording breathing. How to fix this?
A
RR is the respiratory rate when calm. Use WITHaPET Mobile APP to manually count by touching the screen with finger.

FW update is not working.
A
➀ The charging cable must be connected to the stethoscope (WP-100) and the power must be connected to it.
② Go to the FW update menu.
③ There will be no update if the device firmware currently installed is the latest version
(If it is the latest version, the Fw update menu will not appear in the My menu.)
